At the Dr. Irena Sandler website, you can enjoy and shop in the virtual store—featuring products from Irena Sandler Laboratories.
Use of this website constitutes the user's agreement to all the terms set forth in the regulations.
The website and the store may contain links to various websites, or recommended links, that we consider relevant.
Accessing the site constitutes your agreement to the content offered.
All products sold on the Dr. Irena Sandler website and in the store are offered to users for purchase at the listed price.

Order Cancellation / Product Exchange / Defective Products
The provisions of these Terms regarding purchase cancellation, product exchanges, and defective products are in addition to the provisions appearing on the website under the "Exchanges, Returns, and Purchase Cancellations" tab.
Purchase cancellation
An order may be cancelled from the moment it is placed (immediate cancellation) up to 14 business days from the receipt of the shipment, provided the purchase invoice is included. Cancellation of the transaction is subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Order cancellation must be performed by telephone. Cancellation is permitted in accordance with the provisions below and applicable law.
A. Cancellation prior to shipment – cancellation of an order before it is shipped by the Company. Upon cancellation of the order

B. Cancellation after shipment – Cancellation of an order after the product has already been shipped, provided that the customer returns the purchased item via registered mail only to the Company’s address specified herein; the product is sealed in its original packaging, has not been used, retains the Company’s tag (showing the SKU and price), and is free from damage and/or defects. A returned product that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will not entitle the customer to a refund or any other form of credit. In the event of cancellation, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping fees. The customer will be credited only after the goods have been received at the Company’s warehouses.
The refund will always be processed under the same terms as the original charge and to the payment method used for the transaction.
Credit card and PayPal refunds – the refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. 5% of the transaction value is non-refundable. The refund will be credited to the buyer's card in accordance with the credit card company's or PayPal's processing timelines.
It is clarified that no refund will be issued for any other item that has been used.
Product exchange
An item may be exchanged within 4 days of receipt of the shipment only, upon presentation of the purchase invoice and subject to compliance with the provisions of Section B above.
Exchanges are not available for end-of-season items.
In the event of a product exchange, its value will be based on the price at the register on the day of the exchange, rather than the price on the day of purchase. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility.
Defective products
If the ordering party fails to notify the Company of any defect in the product within 48 hours of its receipt, this shall constitute an acknowledgment that no defect exists, and the customer and/or the ordering party shall have no claim against the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf regarding the existence of any defect in the product.

Anyone who makes a purchase on the site declares—by the very act of doing so—that they are aware of the site's terms and conditions and the rules applicable to purchasing products via the site, and agrees to their application to the purchase transaction.
Before purchasing skincare products from Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories, please read the instructions and verify that the product is suitable for your skin type. If you are unsure, you may contact us at 03-9562832 for further information about the product and its use. If you have purchased the product and experience reactions such as itching, redness, etc., please discontinue use and contact us for guidance.
Purchases on the site may be made by individuals aged 18 and older who hold a valid identity card and a valid credit card from one of the Israeli credit card companies.
Purchasing products on the site must be done using a credit card only.
A prerequisite for the approval of the purchase by Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories is obtaining authorization from the credit card company for the transaction. Without such authorization, the transaction is invalid and the purchase will not be executed.
To complete the purchase, the purchaser will be required to provide personal details. Providing these details is a necessary condition for carrying out the purchase.
Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories makes the supply of products to the purchaser conditional upon the completion of forms and payment approval from the credit card company.
Without derogating from the foregoing, Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories may prevent you from purchasing products on "The Shop" website in any of the following cases:
a. If you intentionally provided incorrect details
b. If you committed an act or omission that harms or is likely to harm the website and the store – Dr. Irena Sandler, or if you harmed any third party, including the website's customers and the companies offering products.
c. If you have made improper use of Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories products—an illegal act, such as disseminating false information about them, or any other use.
d. If you previously failed, unlawfully, to pay for products purchased at Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories
e. If the credit card in your possession has been blocked or restricted from use in any way
The website and "The Shop" feature a variety of Dr. Irena Sandler products, with prices and terms determined at the sole discretion of the Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories team; the team reserves the exclusive right to add products to or remove products from the site's offerings, as well as to determine the quantity of each product available for purchase, the purchasing method, and the purchase price.
A prerequisite for the approval of the purchase transaction is that the purchased product is in stock and/or in the supplier's stock.
Therefore, if the Dr. Irena Sendler shop is unable to supply the product to the purchaser due to a lack of stock, it shall refund the amount paid by the purchaser or cancel the credit card charge; in such an event, the purchaser shall have no claim or demand against Dr. Irena Sendler Laboratories regarding this matter.
Each product offered for purchase on the site will be accompanied by at least the following information:
A. Product price and available payment terms
b. Transportation or shipping costs. Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories may make the supply of the product to remote areas of the country conditional upon the payment of a different transportation fee, or may choose not to supply the product and to cancel the transaction, at its sole discretion.
C. Method and timing of product delivery – from the date the credit card company approves the purchase transaction.
D. General product specifications
When making a purchase, the purchaser will be required to enter personal details into the system, including their name and address, as well as the number and type of the credit card to be used for the transaction. The site operators shall not be liable for any error in the execution of the purchase transaction resulting from the entry of incorrect details—or any details whatsoever—into the system by the purchaser.
In the event that the person performing the transaction chooses not to provide credit card details, but rather opts to be contacted by telephone for the purpose of providing such details, the transaction shall be deemed complete only after the credit card details have been provided by said person.
The details of the purchase transaction and the purchaser's information will be used for the internal purposes of Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories.
and will not be transferred to another entity or third party, except for the transfer of details to the credit card company for the purpose of obtaining authorization for the purchase transaction. The purchaser agrees that their details be stored in its data system.
The purchaser will be charged for the purchased product via credit card immediately following the purchase, subject to approval by the credit card company.
Responsibility for the proper functioning of the products lies with the company that signed the warranty certificate and supplied the product to the purchaser.
Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to add to or subtract from their provisions. Every purchase transaction is subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time and published on the website.
The product images displayed on the site are images of the products you will purchase.
In the event that an error occurs or is discovered regarding the product description, price, payment terms listed alongside it, image, or any other material concerning the product, or in the receipt of data from the purchaser, Dr. Irena Sandler Laboratories may cancel the purchase transaction at any time prior to delivery to the purchaser, without such cancellation being deemed a breach of agreement on its part.
In any dispute concerning the acquisition transaction, the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any notice to the purchaser will be sent based on the details entered into the system during the purchase process. Any such notice sent by mail shall be deemed to have reached the purchaser within 7 days of the date it was handed over for delivery.
Product returns will only be accepted upon prior coordination with the website.
a. The products must be new and unused, in their original packaging, and the packaging must be in its original condition, including all its parts and markings.
b. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice. Products without an invoice will not be accepted.
c. Shipping costs for returning the product to the site's warehouses are the user's responsibility. The user is responsible for any additional costs associated with shipping the returned products. In the event that the user received an additional service required for the product—such as calibration, adjustment, or any other product-specific action—the user shall be charged for these costs, and returning the product will not entitle the user to a refund of these charges. The user shall also be charged for any additional costs that may arise, such as taxes, brokerage fees, and shipping fees to other destinations within the country or abroad.
d. If you wish to receive a refund for a product that was shipped to you for free, the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
e. Upon the return of products and receipt of a refund, the purchaser will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the product's value or NIS 100—whichever is lower—plus shipping costs.
f. Upon the return of products, the purchaser shall pay the shipping cost, even if the products were purchased on the website or in the store without shipping fees.

By making a purchase on the site, the customer declares that the email address provided—as well as all other details, including the product delivery address—is correct; the customer shall be liable for any costs arising from errors in the information provided.
